Kaizen Team began with a practical need inside two dental clinics. Operations around onboarding, records, training, paperwork, time tracking, and task execution were too fragmented, leaving teams dependent on memory and manual coordination. The opportunity was to turn that operational pain into a usable product system with room to scale.
